ProblemCost of living was on the rise and rates were going up. Banks were taking advantage of a short term price conscious market with cash back offers, points etc.
These were all short term solutions which would create more issues for people in the long run. We needed a tool that showed customers other ways to reduce payments in the short term and continue to see benefits in the long run.
SolutionA calculator that was driven by contextual situtiations of users, showing the short term relief available with Athena, the true costs of this repayment relief and the ongoing benefits and savings over the life of their loan with Athena.
