A redesigned booking platform

NSW transport engaged Isobar to reshape their regional booking service. With over 1 million bookings per day through the system, it was in need of a full overhaul to see the expectations of a modern audience.

Problem

The trainlink booking system was visually dated and a huge pain point for all users trying to make a booking, with to many steps.

Solution

Working with an established brand guidelines, I developed a component library and system to elevate the overall experience of the booking platform, whilst reducing friction and ensuring making a booking was simple on all devices.
